Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their duration. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time, subject to any terms clearly shown when you purchase it. Your order-confirmation emails will contain links through which you can view your order and manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are ordering an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

We may take no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Where applicable, we may securely store your payment method and collect the remaining payment when the product becomes available.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, your cancellation and return rights will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Try before you buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy product, we may authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order.

You will have the period shown at checkout or in your order confirmation to decide whether to keep the product. If you do not return it within that period, we may charge your payment method for the full amount.

Instructions for returning the product and any applicable conditions will be provided with the offer or order confirmation. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
