Terms of service
About STORE99
STORE99 is operated by José Sousa, a sole trader, at 35 Selham Close, RH11 0RH, United Kingdom. Contact j0s335@outlook.com or use our Contact page.
These terms apply to purchases and use of our website. Nothing in these terms or our policies limits your statutory consumer rights.
Products and prices
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Check the model, condition, connections, compatibility and contents in each listing before ordering. Screen settings may affect colours. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their agreed purpose, as required by law.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before payment. Later changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents acceptance, we will contact you and refund payment taken for the affected item. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Contact us promptly about errors. An inability to change an order after processing does not remove statutory cancellation rights.
Delivery
Services, charges and estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Information. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
We remain responsible for goods until they reach you or your nominated recipient, except where the law provides otherwise because you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. Contact us about missing, delayed or damaged deliveries. Unless another period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days. Your remedies for late or failed delivery under consumer law remain unaffected.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
For most UK online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receipt and return the goods within a further 14 days. Statutory exceptions apply to certain goods. Our Refund Policy explains these rights, refund timings and our additional 30-day change-of-mind return offer.
Rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not limited by our voluntary return conditions. Contact us with your order number if something is wrong.
Accounts and website use
Keep account credentials secure and contact us about suspected unauthorised use. Use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, misuse personal information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the store. We may restrict misuse without affecting rights relating to existing purchases.
Original content belongs to STORE99 or its licensors. Manufacturer names, images and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Shopify and privacy
Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. Purchases are made directly with José Sousa trading as STORE99; we handle your orders and customer enquiries. Shopify is not the seller of our products. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Shopify explains its processing in its Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and complaints
We are responsible for loss or damage where required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us about complaints so we can try to resolve them.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are subject to applicable UK law. Consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to use the courts available to them under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when we accept an order apply to it unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
